Dot Bagels: Popular Newcastle bagel shop reveals new additions to its menu

Fans of Dot Bagels can rejoice as the popular bagel shop announces new additions to its menu as it encompasses flavours from around the world.
The shop, on Chillingham Road, in Newcastle, is known far and wide for its handmade bagels.

Hide AdThe new flavours on the menu include topping combinations from cuisines that native from the Middle East to the United States of America.
Dot Bagels already tips its hat to the North East with its ‘North East Parmo’ bagel and it is now complementing that with a New York version, with is comprised of a breaded chicken breast, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, signature Dot sauce and rocket.
The ‘New York Parmo’ is just one of the new additions, with others including the ‘Shawarma Del Rey’, the ‘Sriracha Slide’ and the ‘Hallou-me?’.
The vegan-friendly ‘Shawarma del Rey’ is a jackfruit version of the Middle Eastern spit roasted spiced kebab with chopped salad, pickled red cabbage, a tangy, mango amba sauce and vegan garlic mayonnaise.

Hide AdThe ‘Sriracha Slide’, which is also a vegan dish, is made up of tofu fried in a sriracha, maple, sesame and soy sauce with pickled carrot and mooli slaw, cucumber, spring onion, sesame seeds and vegan mayonnaise.
The ‘Hallou-me?’ is a bagel filled with roasted mediterranean vegetables, halloumi, pesto, balsamic glaze and rocket.
Dot Bagels is also introducing pizza bagels and pizza pops, which are small round potatio bites coated with marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella.

Hide AdAlong with its Chillingham Road shop, Dot Bagels are also sold at the company’s sister outlet, Claremont Teahouse, on Eldon Place in Newcastle.
