Geordie Shore legend Vicky Pattison celebrates 10 million downloads of podcast

Geordie Shore legend turned presenter Vicky Pattison, is celebrating this week after her chatty podcast reaches an incredible milestone. 

Vicky Pattison first shot to fame after being cast in the original line-up for the MTV reality television series Geordie Shore, which focused on a group of young people living together in Newcastle. 

Vicky left the show in 2014, after appearing in nine series and being a part of huge storylines on the show, including an engagement with fellow cast member Ricci Guarnaccio. 

After her departure on Geordie Shore, Vicky competed in the 2015 series of I’m A Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here, and went on to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

She soon established herself as a presenter, featuring on the likes of Loose Women, It’s Not Me It’s You, and I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp.

In 2020, Vicky launched her very own podcast titled The Secret To, where she chats to fellow celebrities about their secret to a certain topic. 

Now, Vicky is celebrating the success of her podcast, as it has reached 10 million downloads. 

She took to Instagram to share the news, uploading a video of herself dancing around pink number balloons. She captioned the post: “So I got the news on my birthday weekend that @thesecrettopod had reached 10 million downloads and it was honestly just the perfect gift 😂🥹

“I'm hugely grateful to everyone that listens to my lovely little podcast and I just want to say Thankyou for your support I suppose- what started as something to stop me going insane in lockdown has grown into something that people genuinely look forward to, something that makes people smile and something that helps people feel less alone 😍 And that just makes me abit emotional 🥹💕"

She continued: “Here's to all of you, here's to my amazing guests and here's to another 10,000,000 downloads 🤩💕💅🏼🎙️”
