The Customs House will be hosting a special night to raise money.

A special variety performance will be held at theatre venue The Customs House in South Shields to raise money for the Chloe & Liam Together Forever Trust.

The Chloe & Liam Together Forever Trust is a charity that offers bursaries to young people, to give them an opportunity to achieve their goals in sport and performance. The charity was created by the family of Chloe Rutherford and Liam Curry, a young couple from South Shields who sadly died in the horrific 2017 Manchester Arena attack, which killed 22 people.

The pair were said to have been incredibly talented themselves, with Chloe being an aspiring singer and Liam being a keen sportsman. The charity was set up to honour the lives of Chloe and Liam through what they loved most. In a Facebook post by the charity, they said: “We as families have set up this trust to honour our kids through what they loved most and hope to inspire others to follow their dreams and achieve their goals in sport of performance.”

The evening will consist of performances from talented individuals and groups from across the North East. It will be held this Sunday, November 6 at 6pm. Tickets are priced at £12 and you can book them via The Customs House website.
