The likes of Callum Wilson, Anthony Gordon and Kieran Trippier are all hoping to make the England team for Euro 2024.

Euro 2024 is on the horizon and Gareth Southgate’s England team will be hoping to go all the way in next summer’s tournament after penalty shoot-out heartbreak last time out. England have an extremely talented team filled with Premier League stars across the pitch and they are viewed as one of the bookmakers favourites for glory in Germany.

Newcastle United are one of the team’s with a number of excellent English footballers in their ranks. The Magpies have not had a domestic international player at a European Championship since Kieron Dyer back in 2004. However, the likes of Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier, Tino Livramento, Anthony Gordon and Callum Wilson will all have high hopes of ending that record next summer.

With that in mind Newcastle World has taken a look at the Premier League table if it was solely based on goals scored by English footballers and assessed where each team would currently stand after 17 games.
