Charles Perkins RAOB Club & Institute Limited, a pub, bar or nightclub at Sidney House, Fell Bank, Birtley, Chester Le Street was given the score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 172 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 109 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
