New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Omni, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 12 Front Street, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 28.

And Whitley Lodge Fish Bar, a takeaway at 19 Claremont Crescent, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear was also given a score of four on March 28.
