Cassia Silverlink, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Osprey Drive, Wallsend, Tyne And Wear was given the score after assessment on June 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 259 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 215 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
