The Scarecrow Cafe And Arts, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 22 Front Street, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear was given the score after assessment on September 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 268 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 221 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
