New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Armstrong Hall Social Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Armstrong Hall, Stanhope Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 6.

And Burger Bar, a takeaway at 10 Mile End Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was given a score of three on November 10.
