England ‘leaked’ starting XI v Scotland: Big calls made on Newcastle United, Arsenal & Man United stars - gallery

Players of Newcastle United, Arsenal and Manchester United are hoping to win a place in England’s starting XI v Scotland.

England take on the Auld Enemy tonight (kick-off 7:45pm) with a visit to Scotland for the 150th Anniversary Heritage Match.

Gareth Southgate’s side travel to Hampden Park having drawn 1-1 with Ukraine in a Euro 2024 qualifier on Saturday evening. And while the fixture against the Tartan Army is classed as a friendly on paper, the Three Lions boss won’t be taking any chances with his team selection.

Southgate will keep experimentations to a minimum and stick with the spine of his starting XI. However, there are expected to be at least a couple of chances with Newcastle United pair Kieran Trippier and Callum Wilson among those hoping to feature.
