1. Jive- Belgian Shepard Dog (Malinois) Cross (1 yr 6 months)
Jive started his journey at the shelter as a nervous but gentle boy. As his confidence has grown, and he’s become familiar with his human friends at the shelter, he’s blossomed into a true sweetheart that just wants to be loved! Whilst we do not know a huge amount about Jive’s background, we suspect he has not had the easiest of starts in life. He was very anxious to be touched and though familiar with the shelter life and staff, really struggles with the outside world and meeting new people
2. Ryan- Shar Pei (4 years)
Ryan started his time in our kennels as a very nervous boy and wasn’t sure of his surroundings or the staff at all. But it didn’t take him too long to start to come out of his shell and show us the real bulldozer of a boy he is! Ryan doesn’t seem to have had any training and often finds being in the company of other dogs overwhelming and can get frustrated through this, he will need an owner experienced with this type of behaviour and someone committed to working with him on this and other aspects of training
3. Gypsy- Labrador x American Bulldog (4 yrs 10 months)
Overall Gypsy is just an absolute sweetheart. She wants nothing more than to be loved and thinks that lying on her back and giving someone her belly to stroke is the best thing in the world! Gypsy is full of life and adores her human friends. Her ideal home would be someone who can keep her active both physically and mentally, by going on lots of lovely adventures and using fun enrichment to get her brain engaged. Gypsy loves her treats and food is definitely the way to her heart (typical Labrador!).
4. Draco- Lurcher (1 yr 7 months)
Draco can be rehomed with children 16+ but must be the only animal in the home Draco is a beautiful young boy but can be quite shy around new people Once Draco has gotten to know you he is a playful and energetic boy who would love a big back garden to run around in and burn of some of that energy Draco will need a family with time and patience to train him, help him find confidence and work with him on his nervous behaviour around other dogs
