Speaking ahead of the opening, Alessandra has given an insight into how her childhood in Brazil has helped to shape The Forest Boost’s offering to Newcastle customers.
She said: “Inspired by Brazil and its culture, The Forest Boost shop has been designed by a Brazilian Architect who will bring a little piece of our colourful home to the history and heritage of the Grainger Market.
“Growing up in Brazil, my favourite food was açaí.
“It only grows in the Amazon Rainforest and is a superfood that we Brazilians love because of its taste and health benefits.
