The Good Food Guide has launched its first ever Restaurant Month, a campaign showcasing restaurants across the UK who will be offering delicious food at affordable prices.
Running from January 13 to February 13, the month-long campaign will see more than 350 restaurants take part, with 13 located in the North East area.
Each venue is running a special offer or set menu, with the hopes of diners visiting restaurants during the start of the year.
Adam Hyman, owner of The Good Food Guide and founder of CODE Hospitality, said: “January is a notoriously tough time for hospitality. I’ve always thought it is one of the best times to treat yourself to a meal out and a glass or two of something delicious.
“The aim of Restaurant Month is to encourage the British public to venture out for a meal at the beginning of year and perhaps try a place that they may not have eaten at or treat themselves to a special meal somewhere that may have been out of their budget.
“Whether you’re a cash-strapped student, a family not wanting to cook at home one evening or someone who just loves restaurants as much as we do, Restaurant Month is for everyone.”
Across the North East, there are 13 restaurants taking part in the Good Food Guide Restaurant Month. Here are the participating restaurants and what’s on offer.
