According to the real estate website, Elmfield Park in Gosforth is the most expensive street in Newcastle with an average property costing £1,177,799.
3. Graham Park Road
The only other street to break the £1 million barrier across the city is Graham Park Road where a property is worth an average of £1,164207.
4. Westfield Drive
Staying in Gosforth, Zoopla believe the third most expensive street in Newcastle is Westfield Drive where an average property costs £979,847.
