No matter how much time passes winter always brings children playing in the snow and the iconic Fenwick’s winter display. Northumberland Street has changed a lot over the years but it’s still instantly recognisable with its festival lights.
Some prefer Newcastle in the winter when everything’s all cosy and festive. So let’s get in that Christmas spirit as we take a look through these photographs.
1. Playing in the snow
