13 North East attackers, rapists and rioters sentenced on Tyneside in August so far

The summer has seen the local courts busier than ever.

It has been a busy couple of weeks for the courts. With disorder taking place across the North East including Sunderland, we have seen plenty of people work their way through the logal system over the last two weeks or so.

These are nine of the people jailed or given suspended sentences for offences in or around the North East during the first half of August.

They all appeared at Newcastle Crown Court unless otherwise stated.
