Noughties pop icons Busted will play two nights of their UK tour at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena over the coming days.

The trio kicked off their tour in Cardiff at the start of September and they have already played across Wales and parts of the south and midlands of England, but it will soon be time for the parrty to head north.

When are Busted playing in Newcastle?

Busted are headlining two shows at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena. These are on Wednesday, September 13 and Saturday, September 16.

Who is supporting Busted on their UK tour?

Hanson will be supporting Busted throughout their UK tour. The band are well known for their famous 1997 single MMMBop. The two bands collaborated for a new version of the hit as part of the roll out for Busted’s Greatest Hits 2.0 album.

Alternative indie band The Tyne will also be performing on the first night in Newcastle.

The venue’s website has listed the following times as follows:

Doors open: 6pm

Show starts: 7:30pm

Show ends: 10:30pm

Are tickets still available for Busted in Newcastle?

The second date on Tyneside has already sold out, although some tickets are available through Ticketmaster’s resale platform.

Tickets for the Wednesday date remain available at the time of writing with prices ranging between £80.50 and £42.50.

Where to park for Newcastle’s Utilita Arena

There are 600 official car parking places to the rear of the arena which can be reached either by Arena Way or Railway Terrace to the east.

If this car park is full, the arena recommends gig goes use the NCP car park next to the Arena, with its entrance on Redheugh Bridge Road.

The usual fee for events is £8.

Other car parks around the arena include Arena Square Car Park on Ord Street and the Times Square Car Park which can be accessed from Railway Street.
