The event created by Vegan Market Co, travels across the UK providing and showcasing different vegan businesses and products.

The event will begin at 10.30am and end at 5pm, and is expected to have a variety of around 40 different vegan market stalls. Stalls will not only include food and drink from independent suppliers, but also ethical jewellers, soapers, artists and more.

There will also be zero waste champions and environmental charities there to speak with, if you are looking to find out more about the benefits of veganism on the environment.

They have also announced that they will be launching a specially curated marketplace later on the year, handpicking a selection of the best independent producers from across the UK to sell their products online through the Vegan Market Co.

If you can’t wait until the event to get your fix of vegan goodness, there are plenty of Vegan places to visit in Newcastle, and you may even find some of these at the market in April.
