Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style with SIX Baltic

Modern Newcastle bistro, SIX Baltic are offering an exciting tasting event to celebrate New Year’s Eve. 

The Quayside restaurant which offers jaw-dropping rooftop views will be offering two tasting sessions, which will serve as an exquisite New Year’s Eve celebration. 

The tasting menus on offer will provide both meat and plant-based options, reflecting SIX Baltic’s passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce, in line with their sustainability values.

The first tasting session will be held from 5.30pm until 7pm, and will include a five-course meal for £60 per person or £50 per person for the plant-based menu.

Highlights from the early evening celebration menu will include a Fillet of Beef, Oxtail Boulangere, and Celeriac and Hazelnuts. Whilst the plant-based menu includes Mushroom & Kombu Dashi, Truffle Tofu and Pickled Mushrooms.

The second tasting session will be held from 7.15pm until 8.45pm, and will include an eight-course meal with canapes and champagne on arrival. 

It is priced from £95 per person, and £75 per person for the plant-based menu.

Highlights from the late evening celebration menu include pre-dessert, dessert and petit fours. 

Throughout the festive season, SIX Baltic will also be welcoming guests to enjoy their festive menu, as well as cocktails and afternoon tea - with a Christmas twist.

The December menu will include a two-course meal for £34 per person, or a three-course meal for £39 per person.
