Kaitlan, who is a HR administrator, has explained why she joined Slimming World in September 2023 and how Kieran joining in July 2024 has helped her to lose weight.

The 24-year-old said: “We wanted to lose weight because we weren’t happy with our bodies and we felt so unfit, I was so breathless even just walking up the stairs.
“Before we started Slimming World we ate about three or four takeaways a week. It was mostly pizza and it wasn’t good for our health or financially.

“Kieran didn’t start Slimming World until this year and this has helped me so much with my weight loss and my confidence.
“I eat lots of vegetables now my favourite meal is chicken skewers with onions and peppers and homemade Slimming World tzatziki.

“It was when I picked up my two-stone award that Kieran realised that Slimming World actually can work and that’s why he decided to join.
“ If it wasn’t for Janice, my consultant, I don’t think I would have made it to the second week - she is the most supportive consultant ever.”
