It was revealed that in 2022, 42% of Brits saw casual sex as justifiable, whereas in 1999 the statistic was only 1 in 10 Brits with that mindset and opinion.

LOOKFANTASTIC then conducted a second study into each city in the UK, to calculate a sexual wellness score for each location, and to find which city is the most sexually empowered.

While Norwich took the top spot for championing sexual wellness the most, with a score of 98.36 out of 100, Newcastle was ranked in the second place with a total score of 91.02 out of 100.

Using Google search data as the main source of information for the study, it was found that Newcastle scored in the top five searches for STI tests, sex products, and online platforms such as OnlyFans.
