Denise Welch uploads funny TikTok ranking Loose Women looks

Geordie actress, presenter and television personality, Denise Welch who is most known for being a panellist on Loose Women has uploaded a hilarious TikTok video, discussing her former fashion and hair looks.

The 65-year-old from Tynemouth, is known for her comedic moments and absolute frankness, uploaded the video to the Loose Women official TikTok page, and it currently has 12 thousand likes and over 350 thousand views.

In the 1:32 minute video, Denise showed four photos of herself from her appearances on the Loose Women panel between the years of 2005 and 2019, and gave her opinion on how she looked.

The first image, from 2005 showed Denise with light-blonde hair, a pastel coloured shirt, and a chunky flower necklace.

Denise said: “Hair hasn’t changed that much, quite like the blouse - not dissimilar to what I’m wearing now so obviously I’m still trapped in 2005. I’d get rid of the necklace, and I’ve obviously gone a bit more blonde, but I’m ok with this one.”

The next image showed Denise with longer hair in 2008, wearing a blueish green top, and another chunky necklace.

Denise commented: “2008, during my Judy Finnigan era it appears,” referencing the former This Morning presenter.

“No I wouldn’t go back to this”, Denise said, explaining that having longer hair was difficult to maintain, hilariously saying: “Left to my own devices - Miss Piggy. Won’t be returning.”

She then looked back on a photo from 2011 where she had darker hair. She commented: “Nah, no time machine for this. I don’t like my hair dark. Also it’s the year before I gave up drinking and I can tell I look a bit puffy and bloated.”

Taking a little bit of a serious but positive turn, Denise commented: “It was the year later that everything changed for the better and I’m glad it did.”

However, for the next photo where Denise is wearing bright pink lipstick with a matching pink top in 2019, Denise was back to her hilarious comments as she said: “2019, I don’t like this photo at all. But, I still love a poppy colour with a poppy pink top.

“My hair is pretty much the same. It’s very short at the minute but it has been like that since Coronation Street circa 100 years ago.

“I don’t mind 2019, I just would have chosen a photo with less chins.”

Fans of Loose Women and Denise Welch took to the comments to talk about her hilarious quips, with one person writing: “judy finnigan era” alongside a crying laughing face. Quite a few comments also referred to her character Steph Haydock in Waterloo Road and how the second image reminded them of that time.

Irish pop duo Jedward, who found fame on The X Factor commented: “Ageless legend”.
