Eldon Square team up with North East children’s charities for One Great Day for the third time

Newcastle’s top shopping destination, Eldon Square has teamed up with Newcastle Hospitals Charity and Great Ormond Street to deliver an annual charity fundraising event - One Great Day.

One Great Day is a UK wide annual fundraising day, and Eldon Sqaure are supporting the day for the third year in a row, to help raise money for ill children.

On Saturday, September 2 between 11am and 5pm, visitors to the shopping centre can enjoy a fun-filled day, which will be made up of challenges, gaming and crafting, with all funds raised on the day going towards supporting both North East charities.

Games will take place in Chevy Chase, which is located in the area outside of John Lewis and Boots, with prizes up for grabs. There will also be a Newcastle Hospitals Charity stand located in Greys Quarter which will have a face painting station.
