Everlast Gyms set to open a 'flagship' site at the Metrocentre this month

Everlast Gyms is set to open a "flagship" site at the Metrocentre, in Gateshead, on Thursday, November 16.

The brand new gym will span 37,000 sq. ft and will be filled with a range of weight, cardio, resistance and functional equipment.

It will also feature a boxing ring, as well as specialised recovery zones that include saunas and chill tubs.

The company has claimed that the site at the Metrocentre will be Everlast Gyms' largest and most advance gym to date.

Everlast Gyms states that it offers "an affordable membership without compromising on the quality of facilities or service" and "caters to all fitness goals".

Gym users will also have access to Everlast's Flavore bar, which will serve freshly made smoothies, coffees and other post-workout supplements.

Dan Summerson, Managing Director at Everlast Gyms commented: “As we open the doors to our new flagship gym, we're not just creating the ultimate destination for fitness, we're building a community dedicated to training. We are shaking up and elevating the fitness industry to a new standard.”

The gym will be open from 6am until 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am until 9pm on Fridays and 8am until 6pm on weekends.
