Cheryl celebrated Nicola Roberts’ 38th birthday at a luxury London venue.

Pop star and former television personality, Cheryl Tweedy has been spending time with her Girls Aloud band mates, as she partied in London for Nicola Roberts’ 38th birthday celebrations.

Cheryl, who turned 40 in June, was seen via images on Instagram to be reunited with two fellow members of Girls Aloud, birthday girl Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.

The trio posed for a photo which was uploaded to Nicola’s Instagram feed, in which Cheryl could be seen wearing an elegant all black suit, with a Yves Saint Laurent bag, and matching gold earrings from the same designer.

An Instagram fan page dedicated to Cheryl named Cheryl Tweedy News, posted further images of the star at the party, which included a candid photo of the Girls Aloud members laughing together, as well as snaps of Cheryl leaving the party, accompanied by former Girls Aloud manager, Hilary Shaw.

The party was held at restaurant venue Lavo London, in the Bo Tree Bar located in the Marylebone area, and was also attended by fellow celebrities such as Laura Whitmore, as well as close friends and family of Nicola.

Cheryl herself leads a fairly private life these days, and rarely posts on social media. Her most recent posts revolved around her own birthday celebrations which took place in the summer.

Girls Aloud celebrated the 20th anniversary of their first album Sound of the Underground earlier this year and the band marked the occasion with a re-issue of the album which included a vinyl release, and brand-new merchandise.
