Two Geordie Shore fan favourites have been confirmed as part of the line-up of All Star Shore.

The series, which first aired in the summer of 2022, revolves around a group of former cast members from different versions of the show across the world as well as other hit reality shows, living together in a house and competing for a monetary prize of $150,000.

Narrated by Jersey Shore royalty Nicole Polizzi (also known as Snooki) and DJ Pauly D, the first series was won by Geordie Shore original cast member James Tindale and Marina Gregory, who had previously competed in The Circle: Brazil.

While James Tindale was the only competitor from Geordie Shore to compete in the show, after Chloe Ferry withdrew from the competition, two favourite cast members have signed on for the second series.

Marnie Simpson, who briefly appeared in Geordie Shore in the beginning as she was the cousin of cast member Sophie Kasaei before becoming an official cast member in 2013 for series seven, has been confirmed as appearing on the 2023 series of All Star Shore.

Marnie remained as part of Geordie Shore until 2018, before joining the series again for the reunion special series which aired last autumn, where she spoke about life as a parent, and documented her most recent pregnancy.

The other former Geordie Shore cast member confirmed is Chantelle Connolly, who became a part of the show in 2015 for the 12th series. She left the following series mid-way through, but again like Marnie returned for the reunion special last year.

Now, the pair will be joining forces to represent the Newcastle-based reality TV series in All Star Shore, competing against stars from Acapulco Shore, Germany Shore, Rio Shore, Warsaw Shore, as well as Too Hot To Handle and FBoy Island.

The second series of All Star Shore is set to return very soon, and can be watched on Now TV and Paramount+.
