Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby looks wonderful in white for engagement party

Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has celebrated her engagement to Jake Ankers at a glamorous black and white themed party. 

The 33-year-old reality star who has appeared on MTV’s Newcastle-based reality show Geordie Shore since its beginning in 2011, announced her engagement last year, when her boyfriend and father of her child popped the question in Dubai. 

Following a string of high-profile unsuccessful relationships, Charlotte entered into a relationship with Jake Ankers in 2022, and welcomed a baby girl named Alba Jean into the world together shortly after. 

Jake and Alba Jean have featured in both of Charlotte’s main reality shows, BBC’s Charlotte In Sunderland and Geordie Shore: The Reunion, where Charlotte has spoken of her happiness with her new family.

Now, four months following the proposal, which saw Jake ask Charlotte to marry him in a beautiful rose petal, candlelit, rooftop setting, the couple have celebrated their happy news with their closest friends and family.

Taking to social media platform Instagram, Charlotte shared photos from the event, which was held at Grantley Hall in Yorkshire. 

Showcasing a new hair colour, Charlotte looked absolutely stunning with brand-new blonde locks and a floor-length white gown. 

She captioned the Instagram post:  “Lighter days lighter hair - THE ENGAGEMENT SERIES 🪩💍🤍 Stunning dress by @natalierolt 🤤 new hair by the god himself @stevenmasonhair and face @facesbyalana_ ✨

“What a night we had! Thank you sooooooo much to everyone who came to celebrate you all made our night so special and unforgettable 💕”

Further images were shared which revealed that Charlotte and Jake’s engagement party was black and white themed, meaning all guests and the groom-to-be Jake wore black, while bride-to-be Charlotte wore white.

Guests at the lavish event included In The Style founder Adam Frisby, fellow Geordie Shore cast members Holly Hagan-Blyth and Sophie Kasaei.
