Geordie Shore star ‘overwhelmed’ with positive reaction to boyfriend news

Former Geordie Shore star, Grant Coulson revealed he has “found love” with boyfriend Scott, after “hiding his real self for years”.

The reality television star first appeared on the MTV Newcastle based series in 2014 and returned once again to the show in 2018.

During Grant’s time on the show, he had a brief romance with cast favourite Chloe Ferry, and is said to have slept with around 30 girls while appearing on the show.

However, the 31-year-old has now revealed that he is in a happy relationship with his boyfriend, who he “hopes to marry” one day.

After he publicly announced his relationship, Grant said he was “overwhelmed” with the positive reaction to his news, and has male fans reach out to ask for advice.

In an exclusive interview with The Mirror, Grant explained: “A lot of lads in the same position have been reaching out for advice, they’ve said it’s inspiring the general reaction has been very positive.”

Grant further explained that people had said to him “you don’t look gay”, and he told The Mirror:  "What does gay look like? I’m just me. I don’t have to act or behave a certain way to fit a certain label.”

The star also took to his Instagram Story to thank fans for their support as he wrote: “Thank you for all of your kind comments and DMs too many to reply individually but seen most. They have been overwhelming wasn’t expecting this kind of reaction at all to be told I have inspired others.”

According to The Mirror, loved up couple Grant and Scott live together, and share a dog named Hugo.
