Geordie Shore legend Scott Timlin is due to appear in court, along with six other ‘celebrity influencers’ in relation to an alleged Instagram ‘scam’.

During his time on the show, Timlin formed friendships with all of his fellow cast mates, particularly Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle and had brief flings with Holly Hagan, Marnie Simpson and Chloe Ferry.

He remained on the show until 2019, leaving after Geordie Shore’s nineteenth series.

Outside of Geordie Shore, Timlin appeared in other reality television shows, winning Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 and presenting Just Tattoo of Us with Charlotte Crosby for its third series.

Timlin was one of many  Geordie Shore stars to make a return to the series briefly during a reunion party organised by Charlotte Crosby, Marnie Simpson, Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei for Geordie Shore: The Reunion Series.

Despite featuring in the show for the reunion party, Timlin did not become a main cast member for the rest of the series.

However, he is set to make his Geordie Shore comeback for its 25th series, with the cast spotted flying to Thailand from Newcastle International Airport.

According to The Sun, Timlin is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 13, as part of a group of ‘celebrity influencers’ accused of promoting alleged unauthorised investments.
