Oliver Wray, Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes, said: “We are approaching a significant milestone at Church View with 50 per cent of the private homes already sold. Although interest was high even before we launched the development in September 2020, sales really took off after we opened our two showhomes in February last year.
“Such has been the level of demand that 60 properties were reserved in 2021 alone, and that momentum has been maintained at the start of this year.
“One of the reasons for the development’s sustained popularity is the wide choice of house sizes and designs available at Church View. There is a mix of both traditional and contemporary designs, ranging from two-bedroom semi-detached properties suitable for young couples to spacious four-bedroom detached houses ideal for growing families.”
