Newcastle is previewing a brand new half marathon and 10k event which will take runners through the beautiful countryside lanes around Newcastle Airport and Dinnington.

Hide AdRunThrough, the UK’s largest and Europe’s fastest-growing running events company is previewing the inaugural Newcastle Half Marathon and 10k, set to take place on Sunday 14th July.
The new event will start and finish at the Newcastle Falcons Rugby Union home ground, Kingston Park.
The half marathon and 10k feature road closures that take runners through the countryside lanes, providing scenic views to participants.

Hide AdIn a significant collaboration, RunThrough has partnered with Newcastle Frontrunners, Newcastle’s largest inclusive running club. Newcastle Frontrunners welcome all sections of the community, with a special emphasis on the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer+ (LGBTQ+) communities and their allies. This event will be an integral part of their Pride Month awareness campaign, complementing their other events in July.
