Newcastle United star issues plea to "live in peace" after home broken into

Taking to social media, the South American midfielder said his family home in Newcastle has been broken into.
This is the second time this year the Brazilian’s house has been targeted, with the first coming back in January 2024.

Taking to his instagram story following the incident, Joelington said: “Our home was broken into again.
“To anyone considering doing this: Please know there is nothing valuable left here!
“What we care most about is our family’s safety and our kids growing up without fear. We hope for a community where our children, and everyone’s children, feel safe.”

The break in comes during the international break, which did not see Joelinton picked for the Brazil team.
