The two Mancunian legends have teamed up for an album and tour, including a stop in Newcastle.

After years of living as musical icons in the North West, Manchester's John Squire and Liam Gallagher released a collaborative album earlier this month and now they are taking the new tracks across the UK on tour.

Gallagher of Oasis fame and Squire, guitarist for the Stone Roses announced the project back in December and two singles and a full album rollout later, they are heading to Newcastle to celebrate the release.

The self titles album was released on Friday, March 1 2024.
