Miso Restaurant to collaborate with MasterChef Professional for exclusive menu

A MasterChef The Professionals contestant is set to partner up with a Japanese restaurant in the heart of Newcastle. 

Renowned sous chef Kyle Greenwood who cooks up culinary delights at the prestigious Seaham Hall, will be working alongside Miso Restaurant in Ouseburn to deliver an exclusive tasting menu.

Greenwood, who is known for his passion for Japanese cuisine, will be providing a six-course tasting menu in collaboration with Miso’s owner Paul Stewart. 

The menu will be available from Friday, February 23 until Sunday, February 25, where guests will be welcomed into Miso’s ground floor bar to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, before heading to their 18-seat dining room for an up-close view of the chef’s at work. 

Guests will be provided with a welcoming drink to enjoy before they tuck in to a selection of carefully created dishes by Greenwood.

Owner Paul Stewart, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, as he said: "We're thrilled to host Kyle Greenwood and present our patrons with a unique culinary journey. This collaboration is a departure from our usual offerings, but we believe it will resonate well with our guests who trust us to deliver exceptional dining experiences."
