NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week to return with new participating restaurants

NE1’s Newcastle Restaurant Week is set to make a triumphant return this January. 

The week which will take place from Monday, January 15 until Sunday, January 21, will see over 100 restaurants across the city take part. 

For one week only, participating restaurants will be offering incredible discounts, deals and special menus to diners.

Restaurants will be offering food-lovers the chance to dine in their restaurants for only £15, £20 and £25 per person. 

In 2023, NE1 held two restaurant weeks (one in January and one in August), and each event broke records for attendance and economic impact.

It has been reported that over 100,000 diners visited restaurants in the city during the week, which generated over £2 million for participating eating establishments.

NE1 is expecting another huge year for Newcastle Restaurant Week, especially as brand-new restaurants in the city have already expressed interest in participating for 2024.

Since NE1 launched Newcastle Restaurant Week in 2011, many different restaurants have taken part including 21, Blackfriars and Dabbawal and are set to participate again.

New restaurants said to be signing up for 2024 include; Greek tapas restaurant Salparo, sushi restaurant Sushi Me Rollin’, and New York inspired Manahatta.
