New city centre venue -popular with Newcastle United star Dan Burn - opens its doors

The Back Page, a popular Newcastle and football memorabilia shop, has opened up its third Tyneside shop, following on from it’s popular St Andrews Street venue and one in Gateshead’s Metro Centre.

Hide AdAnd it’s slap bang right in the centre of Newcastle’s Eldon Square.
The store is located up next to the back entrance of Marks and Spencer, and stocks everything any football fan would need.
The Back Page - owned by legendary NUFC matchday DJ ‘Mad’ Mick Edmondson - has even proven popular with Newcastle United footballers with current defender Dan Burn popping his head into one of the chain’s venues just this week.
From books of all kinds and t-shirts and mugs to matchworn shirts and old programmes, the store has become a city centre staple of the last three decades.
