Newcastle bar Banyan launches ‘build your own’ bottomless brunch experience

Popular bar and kitchen Banyan, which is located at Monument in Newcastle’s city centre has launched a brand-new bottomless brunch experience, where guests can mix and match food and drink.

Banyan’s brand-new ‘Build Your Own Bottomless’ experience is the bar’s most personalised offering, allowing customers to choose from a wide range of food and drink options from an updated menu.

The updated menu features brand-new and improved dishes including; Chicken Spirelli, Bang Bang Chicken fried rice, as well as new drinks including; Bombay Sapphire mixers, an expanded non-alcoholic drinks menu, as well as the option to upgrade to cocktails.

To celebrate the launch of the ‘Build Your Own Bottomless’, Banyan are extending their bottomless brunch duration to two hours. 

The exciting new menu is divided into two sections, with a pre-3pm brunch menu and a 3pm onwards dining menu.
