Newcastle garage named the best in the North for customer service
Westmoor MOT Centre took home first place in the North category of The Motor Ombudsman annual Customer Service Awards.

Hide AdNearly 1,100 nominations were received across the eight categories from motorists around the country who detailed how a business or individual had gone above and beyond to help with an issue related to a vehicle.
The Westmoor MOT Centre was praised "for going the extra mile to source a spare part for the customer’s electric vehicle, and for taking the time to keep the customer fully informed as to the work needed on their car".
Westmoor's Martyn Hetherington said: "Our mission as a company is to provide each and every one of our customers with an outstanding service, we could not be happier winning this prestigious award!
