Quinn, who played at St James Park from 1989 until 1992, is set to follow in the footsteps of Nobby Solano who was named as a special guest at the venue earlier in the tournament.
All fanzone matches at NX will hear a rendition of the national anthem delivered by a series of in-house singers to kick proceedings off in style while live music will be on offer throughout Sunday’s event.

Hosting the game and being back in the city that means so much to me is a real honour. Let’s bring it home!”
England’s game against Slovakia kicks off at 5pm on Sunday, June 30. Doors for the event open at 3:30pm and tickets can be bought online, starting from £9.
