Newcastle United WAG shares intimate pre-wedding snaps as Bruno Guimaraes jets to venue

A Newcastle United WAG has shared intimate pre-wedding snaps, teasing that she could be set to marry her fiance very soon. 

Thays Gondim, who is the fiancee of Newcastle United midfielder Joelinton, has taken to Instagram Stories to share various images, videos and re-posts that have given her followers of 27.4k a hint that the couple could be getting ready for their big day.

Joelinton and Thays have been together nine years, becoming a couple in 2015. Joelinton popped the question to his now wife-to-be, at a lavish party in Brazil, surrounded by close family and friends in June 2022. 

The loved-up couple also share three young children together, with their youngest being born in June of last year. 

Now, it seems that the couple are set to tie the knot in a beautiful beach location in their home country of Brazil, in a resort named Pontal Dos Carneiros.

Thays has taken to Instagram Stories to share photos of a white bouquet of flowers, pool time with friends and family, scenic shots of the beach and more.

She also shared a snap of herself holding up a heart sign, with a caption that translated to: “@joelinton34 I’m waiting for you my life”. Another snap showed Thays partying on a boat, reposted from a friend.

Other reposts showed the gifts Thays and Joelinton have given to bridesmaids and groomsmen, which were luxury personalised boxes, with special gifts inside. 

Joelinton’s fellow Newcastle United player Bruno Guimaraes also shared a video of himself and his wife Ana Lidia Martins on a flight to join the bride and groom-to-be in Brazil.

Both Joelinton and Guimaraes played in Newcastle's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in Melbourne on Wednesday. The duo were excused from their playing duties for the game against the A-League All Stars on Friday.

Guimaraes is set to take his place in Brazil's squad for this summer's Copa America, which starts in June, but Joelinton missed the cut, despite making his international debut last year.
