Newcastle’s former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison jets off to spend birthday in this unusual place

Geordie television personality, Vicky Pattison spent her recent 35th birthday in the Sahara Desert instead of at home celebrating with her loved ones.

Vicky posted a carousel of images to Instagram of herself in the desert in Morocco, some of which were alongside other celebrities such as TOWIE star Pete Wicks, baker Candice Brown and TikTok creator Doctor Emeka Okorocha.

On her Instagram caption for the post, Vicky wrote: “The Sahara desert may sound like a pretty weird place to want to spend your birthday but honestly this has been the most incredible day, and trip for that matter. I feel so, so lucky”.

Vicky then expressed sadness at not being able to celebrate her birthday with her fiance Ercan Ramadan and their dog Milo. However, Vicky explained she had “wonderful family and friends” accompanying her on the trip, including her mam.

Vicky is in the Sahara Desert on a trek, in order to raise money for breast cancer charity CoppaFeel. The shared JustGiving page for the trek has raised over £500 so far, with a hope of reaching £10,000. Vicky urged her followers to donate to the cause to “do something nice” for her on her birthday.
