One Direction star is heading out on the road, fresh from the release of his new album.

After shows in LondonBelfast, Dublin, Birmingham, London, Glasgow and Cardiff earlier this year, former One Direction star Niall Horan is getting ready for the second leg of his UK tour later this month.

The dates come just over a year after his most recent album The Show, which offered the singles Heaven and Meltdown at the start of 2023.

Following positive reviews and a number one spot in the UK album charts, the songs have now hit venues across the world with more UK dates comign very soon.

The Tyneside show will come on Friday, August 30.

What are the door and set times for Niall Horan in Newcastle?

The Utilita Arena’s website claims the event will start at 7pm with doors expected to open before then. Recent shows at the arena have seen doors open at 6pm.

Who is supporting Niall Horan on his UK tour?

Del Water Gap will be opening nights throughout the upcoming leg of the tour. This is the solo project of New York’s Samuel Holden Jaffe.

The project currently has two albums to its name, a self titled record which was released in 2021 and 2023’s I Miss You Already And I Haven’t Left Yet.

The artist’s first EP under the name was released in 2012.

Are Niall Horan tickets for Newcastle still available?

Tickets throughout the arena are still available, including standing tickets which are listed at £53.75.

Available seated tickets cost between £67.75 and £99.25.

Where to park for Newcastle’s Utilita Arena

Newcastle Central station is a ten minute walk from the venue and has regular National Rail and Tyne and Wear Metro services while Haymarket Bus Station is a 20 minute walk away.

There are 600 official car parking places to the rear of the arena which can be reached either by Arena Way or Railway Terrace to the east.

If this car park is full, the arena recommends gig goes use the NCP car park next to the Arena, with its entrance on Redheugh Bridge Road. The usual fee for events is £8.
