Northern bring back £1 tickets as part of three-day flash sale

Train operators Northern have launched a three-day flash sale, which will see the return of tickets available for only £1. 

The tickets will be available for journeys across the North of England from stations including; Barrow-In-Furness, Blackpool, Bradford, Carlisle, Chester, Hull, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and York.

Those travelling from Newcastle’s train station will be able to travel to the Metrocentre, Morpeth, Nunthorpe, and Whitby for only £1.

Flash sale tickets are on sale now, and are available until Friday, January 5 at 4pm. The tickets are valid for travel between Wednesday, January 10 and Friday, March 1, and must be booked at least seven days before travel.
