“We’ve got a phase one, phase two and phase three program for new mums who have to work solely on their core.”

Charlotte admitted that she initially felt “bloated and down” because her body didn’t look the same after the birth of her daughter.

The reality TV star explained that she has had to learn to engage her core after gaining an understanding of the muscle separation that takes place while giving birth.

She has been very open on social media about her own birth experience and has also spoken candidly about her fitness goals on the ‘Blitz N’ Burn’ website.
