Hide AdSIX Baltic has stated that the menu fuses the “versatility of plants” with the best locally sourced ingredients to produce a menu that takes inspiration from cuisine around the world.
Greg Lambert, food director at SIX Baltic, has revealed that the menu follows the success of a plant-based tasting evening that the restaurant held back in the spring.
He said: “Following the success of our Spring plant-based evening, I wanted to continue to showcase the versatility plants can give us as chefs when being creative.
“The idea behind our summer tasting evening menu is to showcase dishes inspired from all over the world that may usually be animal-based but adapted to plant-based without losing flavour.

“From our summer tasting menu, diners can expect dishes that are fun, tasty and unpretentious, and hopefully will spark ideas for cooking plant-based dishes at home.”
The menu for the tasting evening will include the following:
Welcome: Pure Knead Focaccia, Onion Confit in Balsamic Apple Vinegar.
