Beer Street, on Forth Street in Newcastle city centre, has been brought to the market by Everard Cole for offers in the region of £45,000.
The bar, which is just behind Newcastle Central Station, offers a range of craft ale and also operates as a bottle shop.
Whilst it may be classed as a micropub, Beer Street has enough room for 40 people to sit down across two levels, plus plenty of standing room.
