Marks and Spencer has officially relaunched its M&S Newcastle store this week, unveiling a brand new look for customers.
Doors to the site opened on Wednesday, February 7 with shoppers able to explore the completely revamped site which the company claims is part of a £13 million investment in the North East, with a new 47,000 square foot store in Washington Galleries also set to open later this year.
Located on Northumberland Street, the M&S Newcastle store first opened its doors in 1932. The newly transformed store now features a bigger, better, fresher Foodhall alongside a brand-new Hot Chicken counter and a Mai Sushi counter, with expert chefs creating hand-prepared sushi dishes fresh throughout the day.
New digital Click and Collect points, increased self-service tills and an expanded frozen section have also been added.
The new store is also home to a new-look M&S Café.
