The Three Horseshoes, between Cramlington and Blyth, has been brought to the property market by Christie & Co.
It was initially on the market for £595,000; however, the owners have recently reduced that to £495,000.
The venue, which is currently closed, features a large indoor and outdoor dining area, as well as a children's playground on its 0.75 acre site.
When it was open, the Three Horseshoes had a reputation for its Sunday lunches and selection of real ales.
