Valentine’s Day in Newcastle: 13 restaurants with last minute table availability tonight

Love is in the air in Newcastle today as Valentine's Day arrives on Tyneside.

Couples and those celebrating 'palentines' or simply wanting to show a loved one how appreciative they are will be heading out into the city to enjoy a meal out this evening.

Whilst many will have had their plans sorted for weeks, there will be some residents in the North East who made big promises to their significant others and are now realising that they have forgotten to book that meal after all.
