‘Where theatricality meets quality’ Leila Lily’s introduces brand-new private dining area

One of the most luxurious spaces in Newcastle has introduced an exclusive private dining room to their venue.

Leila Lily’s, a AA-rosette restaurant and bar located on Newcastle’s Grey Street is known for its stunning floral decor and elegant atmosphere.

The venue has now renovated their lower ground floor to introduce a private event and dining room area, named Eva Rose Garden, available for private hire.

The owners of Leila Lily’s and brand-new Eva Rose Garden, Malhotra Group PLC, are confident that their new venue will be the perfect place for private celebrations such as baby showers and engagement parties but also for corporate lunches and events.

Eva Rose Garden is filled with the floral decor that Leila Lily’s is known for, as well as neon signs and candles adorning the walls. Sitting areas are in the form of cosy, black leather booths and a large wooden dining table that seats 18 guests.

The main bar space, which also has a DJ booth and stage, has a capacity for 40 people, and the private dining area can also accommodate 40 people, meaning that the full space can be booked for a guest list of 80 people or under.

Catering for the private dining experience is provided by Leila Lily’s award-winning team of chefs, who can provide diners with a range of menu options, from canapes, afternoon teas, formal dining and buffets.

The bar area which holds a late licence, meaning they can serve until 2am, have a variety of drinks options available including delicious cocktails.

Chief operations officer for Malhotra Group PLC, explained how the venue was named after his youngest daughter, while Leila Lily’s is named after his eldest. He said: “Like sisters, the two venues are alike in some ways and very different in others.”    

“Both venues are opulently decorated and visitors to Eva Rose will find the same high standards of food and service.

“But our aim, when creating Eva Rose, was to fill a gap in the market; a space which lends itself as well to private parties and family events as it does to more restrained, formal occasions. Where theatricality meets quality at every level.”
